By Design was founded in 2011 by Kirsten Pocknell with one goal in mind: providing quality, affordable gifts for a special someone or just something to brighten up your home during the festive periods. Kirsten has a passion for ethically sourced products and enjoyed trading through small events face to face. It was the hit of the 2020 pandemic that forced Kirsten to take her business online, and this wasn't something that was in the pipeline anytime soon. Kirsten wants to make the whole shopping experience as smooth as possible and hopes that you love all of the beautiful gifts that she has to offer. Enjoy.
