The term “By Design” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website whose place of business is Unit 16, Ty Morfa Centre, Aberkenfig, Bridgend CF32 9AW, UK. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Description and price of the goods
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown in our current catalogue, price lists or on our website at the time you place your order.
The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, then we will refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown in the section of the website about delivery.
The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
By Design are responsible for all website transactions
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us. By Design may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Delivery & Returns Policy
We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible and to ensure our delivery charges are fair and reasonable. Jewellery will be sent by Royal mail first class. All other items will be sent by courier, normally within 3-5 working days.
Back Orders
Here at By Design we try to ensure that our website is regularly updated. However, occasionally we get caught out and an item shows as in stock when in fact it is not. If all or part of the order is not in stock, we shall notify you by email, explain the situation and confirm that a short delay will be acceptable. Once your complete order is available, we will confirm by e-mail. Alternatively, if you cannot wait for out of stock items, we will refund the cost of items not available.
Returns Policy
By Design will do everything to ensure we send your order in perfect condition and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event your order is damaged or not received in a satisfactory condition, you must inform us by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours. Items should be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, with a valid proof of purchase receipt. The items must be in a resaleable condition. We will only accept items that that have not been worn, used, or altered. Please note: We cannot exchange or refund on pierced earrings due for hygiene reasons.
